US Shipping and Payment

Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and certified bank check in US funds.

Shipping

In stock items usually ship within 1 business day of payment. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Orders paid with instant payments and authorized credit card will be shipped immediately.

Orders paid with check or money order require bank clearance before your order is shipped.

If a product is not in stock in any of our warehouses, or cannot ship in a timely manner, we’ll ask you if you’d rather wait for the back-order or receive a full refund.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Orders may ship via UPS from CA, WA, WI and MA. Whenever possible, we’ll get packages to you faster by sending from the closest warehouse. Feel free to contact us if you need to know your order’s shipping origin.

Orders are processed same day when payments are completed before 11:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The Ear 2 Track office is closed on weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping via UPS

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Available shipping methods are:

• UPS Ground (1-7 business days)
• 3-Day Select (1-3 business days)
• Next Day Air Saver (1 business day - before 3PM)

Hawaii, Alaska Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO

Domestic shipping prices are for contiguous US only. HI, AK, PR, VI, APO and customers with PO Boxes, please contact us for shipping quote. International customers may pay local customs duties and taxes.

Package Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us when your order ships and another message from UPS to let you know the tracking number and expected delivery date of your order.


International Shipping and Payment

Shipping Method

We send packages via USPS Express Mail International (3-5 business days) to all countries outside the US. All International orders must be shipped from the Ear 2 Track warehouse in MA. Feel free to contact us to request other shipping options.

Package Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us when your order ships and another message with your sales receipt which will not be included in the box.

Customs Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that you will be required to pay the customs brokerage fee, duties and taxes that are charged by your government. We can’t tell you how much this will be since it is determined by customs agents at the time of arrival. We will do our best to mark the export documents in your favor to help minimize costs.

Warranty Repairs

Manufacturer warranties are not valid outside the US on hardware. Items for warranty repair must be shipped back to us at customer’s expense and we handle repair shipment to manufacturer from here.

Product Availability

If an item is not in our home warehouse, we will immediately contact you to see if you want to wait for it, or receive an immediate full refund.

If you would like to wait for your item, we’ll order and receive it in about 1 week from the time of payment. As soon as we receive it, we’ll send it from our Massachusetts location via USPS Express Mail International.


Returns

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you bought from us within 30 days, you can return it for a full refund using the same method of original payment.

Returned products must include original packing and materials, and be in new condition. Returned software must be un-installed completely and no copy of the media may be retained and should not be registered.

Returns and Exchanges

We invite you to contact our helpdesk before you decide to return a product. We can usually provide answers to solve your technical problems.

If you need to return a product, contact us for authorization and address.

Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. If Ear 2 Track causes a problem that results in a product return, we pay all shipping charges.

When returning products for refund or exchange, you are responsible for getting your item safely to us. Please use an insured method of shipment.

Manufacturer’s Warranty and Repair

After our 30-day guarantee, you can contact the manufacturer for full warranty and repair. If at any time you have technical problems with your product, please contact us for support and we can even contact the manufacturer on your behalf to get you faster service.
