US Shipping and Payment Payment We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. PayPal payment from confirmed accounts is preferred. Shipping Orders paid with confirmed PayPal instant payments can be shipped immediately. Orders paid with credit card may require us to confirm billing and shipping information with you directly on the phone. Orders paid with check or money order require bank clearance before your order is shipped. If a product is not in stock in any of our warehouses, or cannot ship in a timely manner, we’ll ask you if you’d rather wait for the back-order or receive a full refund. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Whenever possible, we’ll get packages to you faster by sending from the closest warehouse. Each item listing in the store will tell you how long it takes to ship, and from which location. In most cases, items will ship in 1-2 business days. We will let you know if there will be any delays. Domestic Shipping We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on the item. We will determine the best method based on the type of shipping chosen during checkout. Ground Shipping Services: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, First Class Mail, Media Mail 3-Day Service: UPS 3-Day Select, FedEx Express Saver, USPS Priority Mail Overnight Service: UPS Next Day Air Saver, FedEx Standard Overnight, USPS Express Mail Hawaii, Alaska Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Shipping to HI, AK, PR, VI, APO and PO Boxes will be delivered via USPS. There may be a delay of up to 1 week as we assemble your order to ship from our MA location. In most cases, there is not extra charge to ship to these US locations. Package Tracking When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email to let you know the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking or confirmation number.
International Payment and Shipping Payment We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. PayPal payment from confirmed accounts is preferred. Worldwide Shipping Method We send packages via USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International to all non-US addresses. All International orders are shipped from the Ear 2 Track warehouse in Chicopee, MA. It can take up to one week for us to assemble International orders before shipping. Delivery to your country's customs can take several weeks. Package Tracking When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email to let you know the USPS tracking number. Customs Taxes and Duties Please be aware that you may be required to pay customs brokerage fee, duties and taxes that are assessed by your government. We can’t tell you how much this will be since it is determined by customs agents at the time of arrival. We will do our best to mark the export documents in your favor to help minimize costs. Warranty Repairs Some manufacturer warranties are not valid outside the US. Items that require warranty repair in the US must be shipped at customer's expense. Product Availability If an item is backordered, we will contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the backorder, or if you'd like an immediate refund.
Guarantees and Returns 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on Hardware and Unopened Software Boxes If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a hardware product or software box you bought from us within 30 days, you can return it for a full refund using the same method of original payment. Returned products must include original packing and materials, and be in new condition. Software boxes may only be returned if unopened and still factory sealed. Defective Exchanges If your product arrives damaged, we will make arrangements to pick it up and send a replacement. No Refunds for Opened Software and Serial Number Licenses Opened software boxes and serial number licenses may not be returned or exchanged. Help with Returns and Exchanges We invite you to contact our helpdesk before you decide to return a product. We can usually provide answers to help solve any technical problems. If you need to return a product, contact us for authorization and return mailing address. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. If Ear 2 Track causes a problem that results in a product return, we will pay all shipping charges associated with the purchase and return. When returning products for refund or exchange, you are responsible for getting your item safely to us. Please use an insured method of shipment and note the tracking number for your records. Manufacturer’s Warranty and Repair The manufacturer will provide warranty and repair services if your item develops problems after the 30-day guarantee that we provide.
